Kaempferol, a natural flavonoid, is a phyto-derived substance present in tea[1], broccoli, delphinium, witch hazel, grapefruit, Brussels sprouts, and apples. Kaempferol is a yellow crystal with a melting point of 276-278°C, slightly soluble in water, and soluble in a hot mixture of ethanol and ether.
